Service Terms & Client Agreement
By engaging the services of De Great Inter-World Homes & Property Consultant and paying the consultation fee, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Non-Refundable Fee: The ₦10,000 consultation fee is non-refundable once services have been rendered, including the sharing of property listings or commencement of property matching.
- Scope of Service: The consultation fee covers property consultancy, access to our verified listings database, and WhatsApp-based guidance. It does not include property agent fees, landlord fees, or legal documentation costs.
- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for final property decisions. De Great provides professional guidance but does not bear liability for a client's choice of property after receiving recommendations.
- No Guarantee of Availability: Property availability is subject to market conditions and landlord decisions. De Great will make best efforts to provide suitable alternatives if a listed property becomes unavailable.
- Document Verification: While De Great undertakes to review and advise on property documents, clients are advised to engage a qualified lawyer for final legal review before making large property payments.
- Confidentiality: Client information and payment details are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Anti-Fraud Compliance: De Great is SCUML-compliant. We do not accept or facilitate any fraudulent transactions. Any payment must come from the client's own verified account.
- Communication: Official communication is conducted via our registered phone number (+234 803 348 6515) and email (Interworld2002@gmail.com) only. Be wary of impersonators.
- LASRERA Accreditation: Our services are governed by the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA) Accreditation No. BOS/1000655/2025.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication. Unresolved disputes may be referred to LASRERA or relevant courts in Lagos State.
